Welcome to PRESSS ("App", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

PRESSS is a competitive mobile application where users interact through repeated actions (e.g., pressing/tapping) and may appear on leaderboards based on activity and performance.

The App may include optional in-app purchases that enhance user activity (e.g., boosters or multipliers), but participation is always available without payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts & Identity

• You may be required to choose a username.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to impersonate others or use offensive, illegal, or misleading usernames.

4. Leaderboard & Competition

• The App may include time-based cycles (e.g., daily, monthly competitions).
• Rankings are determined based on in-app activity.
• We reserve the right to reset, modify, or adjust leaderboards at any time for fairness, technical, or operational reasons.

5. In-App Purchases

• The App may offer optional paid features (e.g., boosters, multipliers).
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Purchasing does not guarantee any ranking or outcome.

6. Public Recognition & Billboard Features (Optional)

From time to time, PRESSS may choose to feature top users in real-world or digital displays (e.g., billboards, screens, or promotional placements).

Important:

• Such features are not guaranteed and are offered at our sole discretion.
• Any mention of potential public display is descriptive and optional, not a binding commitment.

User Consent:

• We will never publish your real name, image, or identifiable information without your explicit consent.
• If you are selected for a feature:
  • You may be asked to opt-in.
  • You may choose what information (e.g., username, image) is shared.
• If you do not provide consent, we may:
  • Use your username only, or
  • Skip the feature entirely.

7. User Content & Permissions

If you submit content (e.g., profile image):

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only within the App or for optional promotional features, subject to your consent where applicable.
• You confirm that you have the right to share such content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, or scripts to manipulate activity
• Exploit bugs or game mechanics unfairly
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
